Logo Lites Custom LED Third Brake Lights are super bright, center-high-mount stop lights. They normally go in the rear window of your car or truck and illuminate only when the vehicle's brakes are applied. Logo Lites LED Third Brake Lights use Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) to form letters, numbers, and images. Logo Lites LED life is extremely long, and will normally outlast the vehicle in which they are mounted. A key to the unit's longevity (and durability) is the circuit design. We designed Logo Lites LED Third Brake Lights with Fuses, Transient Voltage Suppressers, SCRs, Diodes, and Regulators. These parts spend their time dealing with short circuits, voltage surges, current spikes, reverse wiring, etc. Most brands of LED brake lights only use resistors to dampen these effects, but that just isn't effective! That's why those other brands can become dim or burn out the first time the car's battery terminals become slightly corroded (a poor battery connection can cause hazardous electrical conditions that Logo Lites are immune to). Dim or burnt out LEDs are not something you want to have to deal with after you've spent time and money mounting your brake light. We've gotten rid of the hassle for you! Install Logo Lites LED Third Brake Lights and forget about them. They'll be working.

For cars with turn signals, Logo Lites LED Third Brake Lights come with a built in brake light decoder module that determines when the brake are applied. Unlike other brands of third brake lights that are illegal because they illuminate when the turn signals are turned on, Logo Lites illuminate and stay on while the brakes are applied (USDOT 571.108.5.4.A & 571.108.5.5.4). Of course, the other brands' makers won't tell you that its illegal for third brake lights to be combined with turn signals...

For cars with sloped rear windows, Logo Lites LED Third Brake Lights come with an anti-reflection or "blinder" system. This blinder is actually made from 5 pieces that you cut to fit and then assemble. They adapt Logo Lites to fit your back window so that almost no light is reflected back into the passenger compartment when you apply the brakes at night, even if your windows are tinted. Most competitors' third brake lights are illegal because they don't have a "blinder" system which makes it nearly impossible to see out of the back window at night (USDOT 571.108.5.3.1.8.3).
