LED Light Bulb #1129AW

Logo Lites™ 1129AW is a white 6V-12V +/- replacement for the original 1129 incandescent brake light bulbs. Brake light housings in Model As and other vehicles of the era do not have reflectors. The clever design of the 1129AW emits all the bright LED light rearward. The 1129AW is shorter, but has the same diameter as the glass on an original 1129 bulb. So it fits anywhere the original 1129 fits. Simply remove the old incandescent bulb and insert the 236-006-1129AW into the same socket with no changes to your vehicle.

The 1129AW is an evolution of the Logo Lites 1129 style LED bulbs. There is the original 1129A LED Bulb that emits white light in all directions. Next, the 1129A was improved for brake light use with the red 1129AR. The red LEDs of the 1129AR work great with both red and amber brake light lenses. But some people who use 1129 style bulbs have other colors, like green lenses, and some people simply want to use white LEDs behind their lenses. So following in the footsteps of the 1129AR, Logo Lites brings you the 1129AW with its white LEDs in the same ingenious, reward-facing design.

Please note that the 236-006-1129AW emits WHITE light. For vehicles with red lenses, the 1129AR may be a better choice because it gives you a consistent red color (glass lens colors are often mismatched from side to side).

This single-intensity bulb is typically used for:

• brake lights

Not for use as a running or parking light. The #1129 type bulb is used for brake lights and is supposed to be significantly brighter than the running light.

This bulb works in any 6V or 12V vehicle in place of a #1129 incandescent where all the white light needs to emit in one direction away from the base.
