International Shipments (Outside the USA)

Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Authorization Requirement
All merchandise intended for return must be pre-authorized by Logo Lites. Customers must secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via our designated contact channels found on the Contact Us page prior to shipping back the item. Returns received without an RMA may incur processing delays or rejection.
Eligibility Criteria
Returns are accepted provided the product is in like-new condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories, and remains intact for immediate resale.
Dispute Resolution Protocols:
- Damaged Goods: In the event of transit damage, the customer must initiate a claim directly with the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS).
- Incomplete Shipment: Should any component be missing from the delivered package, the customer must notify Logo Lites immediately to facilitate shipment of the replacement item(s) at our expense.
Refund Financial Terms
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product price only. Please note that the original shipping charges paid to us are non-refundable, and all costs associated with returning the item (return shipping) are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranties
